Peru's Society for Epistemology and Logic (SEPLO) is pleased to announce CAELO 1: First Andean Congress for Epistemology and Logic, to be held in Lima, Peru, from 22 to 28 February 2027.
This inaugural congress marks the beginning of a planned series of meetings dedicated to the study of epistemology and logic, bringing together scholars, researchers, and students from diverse backgrounds. The event offers a space for rigorous discussion and exchange on topics including logic, epistemology, philosophy of science, analytic philosophy, metaphysics, social philosophy, empirically informed approaches, and both philosophically and scientifically oriented studies.
Submissions are welcome on all topics in epistemology, logic, and related areas. You can see the relation of our proposed thematic sessions in the following link:
We invite submissions for talks, thematic sessions (including round tables and workshops), and posters.
Authors are invited to submit abstracts for talks and posters.
Abstracts must be anonymised (no author-identifying information).

Length: 300–500 words.

All thematic session proposals should include:
Title of the session

A description of the session including its theme (400–800 words)
The proposed format (e.g. paper session, round table, workshop)

Session proposals should not be anonymised.
